About The Position

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion & EPM Business Administrator to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting and evolving our Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, including Planning (EPBCS), Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM), Financial Close and Consolidations (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Tax Reporting (TRCS) as well as participate in design and implementation of Account Reconciliations (ARCS) and other modules in the future. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure system reliability, enhance financial processes, and drive automation across planning, forecasting, and allocation activities. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact decision-making by enabling scalable, accurate, and efficient financial systems.
