Oracle EPM Analyst
About The Position
Seeking a senior-level Oracle EPM Analyst III to serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This individual will lead design, configuration, support, optimization, and implementation efforts across the Oracle EPM landscape with an emphasis on FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), and Oracle EPM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT leadership to enhance business performance through Oracle Cloud technologies. This role requires a highly consultative professional who can operate independently, mentor junior analysts, and lead cross-functional initiatives while supporting Mosaic's long-term ERP strategy.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- Deep technical and functional expertise supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes.
- Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
- Experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- CPA or Finance/Accounting experience.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or hospital finance operations experience.
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
Responsibilities
