About The Position

The AES Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Lead to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a candidate who can work independently and possesses strong communication skills. The position is 5 days onsite and involves analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting software solutions and integrations within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 Supply Chain applications. The lead will provide techno-functional expertise in INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, Shipping, and OM modules, develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, reports, extensions, and APIs, and analyze and resolve complex application and data issues. Collaboration with Technical Product Owners, DBAs, and development teams is essential for solution delivery and system improvements. The role also includes supporting deployment readiness, implementation activities, creating technical documentation, and participating in solution design discussions to recommend best practices.

Experience in developing and maintaining customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions, and APIs
Experience in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustainable solution design
Experience working closely with Technical Product Owners, DBAs, and development teams
Experience supporting deployment readiness and implementation activities
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and support procedures
Experience participating in solution design discussions
Experience supporting enhancement projects, system upgrades, and process optimization efforts

Responsibilities

Analyze/Create the functional documents, Design, develop, enhance, and support software solutions and integrations across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 Supply Chain applications.
Work from defined business requirements and functional specifications to design and deliver effective technical solutions.
Provide techno-functional expertise in INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, Shipping and OM modules to support ongoing operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions, and APIs to support business requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex application and data issues through technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustainable solution design.
Work closely with Technical Product Owners, DBAs, and development teams across the enterprise to support solution delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing system improvements.
Support deployment readiness and implementation activities for system enhancements, integrations, and application changes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and support procedures.
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Support enhancement projects, system upgrades, and process optimization efforts across enterprise applications.
