About The Position

Oracle EBS P2P Functional Consultant At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking and experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to support federal financial systems. Responsible for implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle R12.2 applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 6 years of functional experience in implementing/supporting Oracle R12 Federal Financial (P2P, iProcurement, Purchasing, and Payables) applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation, and problem resolution
Minimum of 6 years of functional experience in configuring Procure to Pay in a Federal environment
Strong experience in P2P (iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables)
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Knowledge of USSGL, Treasury reporting, FAR
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle EBS R12.2 P2P modules (iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables).
Expertise with Oracle Procure to Pay
Expert understanding of PO / AP configurations, SLA
Provide standards of federal AP and PO business process as it relates to Oracle R12
Functional SME with expertise in supporting Oracle Procure to Pay.
Duties include maintaining and enhancing the interface including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Ability to lead meetings with clients and provide industry best practices with subject matter expertise and authority.
Provide standards of federal AP and PO business process as it relates to Oracle R12.
Support full lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Functional Areas Requisitions & Approvals Supplier/Vendor Management Budgetary Control / Funds Check Purchasing & Receiving Invoice Processing & Matching Payments & Disbursement
Resolve incidents, defects, and user issues
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support financial close cycles (month/year-end)
Troubleshoot interfaces, data issues, and transaction failures
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and patch validation
Ensure compliance with federal financial processes and controls
Support audit activities and documentation requirements
Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and fixes
