About The Position

This is a 100% remote contract role for an Oracle EBS Absence and OTL Lead. The position is for 6+ months and requires the candidate to work within the PST time zone. The lead will be responsible for configuring Absence Management and OTL modules, gathering requirements, performing end-to-end testing, working with the technical team, preparing and executing test scripts, training key business leads, and completing project tasks within established timelines. The role also involves collaborating with offshore client counterparts, other module leads, and the technical team, and executing project work according to client-defined processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of fast formulas
Minimum 5 plus years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Absence Management and OTL modules
Strong product skills
Strong consulting skills
Good understanding of the fast formulas in Oracle
Ability to communicate through remote tools effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Configure Absence Management and OTL modules independently
Gather requirements for Absences and OTL modules
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure Absences and OTL modules are working as intended
Work with the technical team for technical tasks
Prepare test scripts and execute testing events based on the scripts
Train the key business leads on Absences and OTL modules
Complete project tasks and deliverables as per established project timelines
Be available during the client working hours using client and Client communication tools for the project
Work and engage with offshore client counterparts, other module leads and technical team for project work
Execute the project work based on client and Client defined project process, project execution methodology and templates
