ORACLE DBA (Must have Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility)
About The Position
A full-time Oracle DBA opening with a client in Fairfax, Virginia, supporting high-profile government clients. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Poly. The DBA will install, patch, configure, and administer Oracle database environments, including Oracle 19c RAC, Clusterware, standalone databases, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle Cloud Control. The role also involves Linux shell scripting and administration for Oracle databases. The posting lists additional desired skills in Oracle GoldenGate replication, Oracle Spatial, Advanced Security, SQL Developer, and Oracle Data Appliance. Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline.
- Security+ certification.
- Experience with Oracle 19c RAC, Clusterware, and standalone database installation, patching, and administration.
- Experience with Oracle 19c ASM installation, configuration, and storage administration.
- Experience with Oracle 19c RMAN backup and recovery.
- Experience with Oracle Data Guard configuration, administration, and high-availability concepts.
- Experience with Oracle 13c Cloud Control installation, configuration, and administration.
- Linux shell scripting, configuration, and administration for Oracle databases.
