About The Position
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking to hire an Oracle Database Administrator with knowledge and experience in general relational database management systems (RDBMS) of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, database installation, configuration, administration, and patching. This role requires development, UAT, and Production database administration (DBA) experience, as well as expertise in database security, database architecture, and data analysis. The administrator will work with development and operations teams on technical issues including system design and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree + 2-4 yrs of relevant experience
- For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required
- Knowledge of or experience with Oracle
- Experience with SQL Developer, script writing, and/or other database applications including : MySQL, MongoDB, and/or SQLlite.
Nice To Haves
- Oracle Enterprise Manager Experience
- Experience SQL tuning, writing, and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL
