About The Position
As an Oracle CPQ Cloud Application Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering comprehensive CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions utilizing Oracle CPQ Cloud technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, architect solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
- Fluent in Mandarin
- At least 5 years of related experience required.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Flexible to changing needs.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Good at follow-up
- Willingness to get hands on with the product.
- Works well with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of Oracle project principles and planning.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Nice To Haves
- Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements.
- Design Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that align with clients' business goals.
- Create architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and solution roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud projects.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of the CPQ solution.
- Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed throughout the project.
- Serve as an advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CPQ Cloud solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and expectations.
- Stay updated on Oracle CPQ Cloud capabilities and new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project implementation.
- Provide mentorship to team members.
- Ensure the delivered Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.
- Participate on internal projects.
- Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
