About The Position

Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing HCM application delivery across complex client environments. Provides hands-on techno-functional leadership across Core HCM, benefits, talent management, payroll and compensation areas, with strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable execution. Trusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions. Focused on Reporting, dashboards, integrations and data conversions. We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS. Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud HCM version 23+ capabilities. We are looking for a Techno-Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge. Position is for a Techno-Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Technical Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Service on a Techno-functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.

Requirements

  • Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM version 23+ capabilities.
  • Real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge.
  • Implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support.
  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno-Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Techno-Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME.
  • Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation GHR Foundational employee/worker master data, jobs, positions, org structures.
  • Workforce Management WFM Scheduling, shift planning, workforce rules.
  • Talent Management Module Recruiting Cloud ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, onboarding.
  • Performance Management PM Goal setting, performance reviews, evaluations.
  • Talent Management TM Succession planning, talent pools, career development.
  • Learning OLC (Oracle Learning).
  • Hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Workforce Management.
  • Strong HCM business processes knowledge and concepts.
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
  • Able to scope/build/coach developers through development of reporting, dashboards, integrations and conversions.
