Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
