About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud Learn Lead Consultant, you’ll serve as the primary functional expert for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions. You’ll partner with HR, learning and development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end learning processes, including catalog management, learner assignments, self-service, and compliance training, while aligning with organizational strategy and best practices.

The role leads the Oracle Cloud Learning workstream, providing functional guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, client training, and go-live readiness. It includes coordinating with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners; mentoring consultants; and owning workstream timelines, deliverables, risks, and project status communications.

Requirements

• Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience configuring the learning catalog, courses, offerings, and learner assignments, and setting up learning security and approvals.
• Experience with learning content integration, including third-party content providers and content standards such as SCORM.
• Experience with at least one Oracle Redwood Learning implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization.
• Strong understanding of learning and development and compliance training processes, including mandatory training, certifications, recurring assignments, audience rules, eligibility rules, and learner completion tracking.
• Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage priorities, and able to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient English.

Nice To Haves

• Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning.
• Experience mentoring consultants and coordinating offshore resources.
• Experience loading learning catalog and completion history through HCM Data Loader.
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-heavy training environments such as healthcare, higher education, or the public sector.
• Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, including catalog structure, courses, offerings, specializations, learning communities, and learner self-service.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with HR, learning and development, and business leaders.
• Translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations, including learner assignments, enrollment and approval rules, notifications, and completion tracking.
• Provide strategic guidance on learning and compliance training best practices and system capabilities.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Learning, including catalog setup, eligibility and audience rules, security roles, and learner journeys.
• Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, and external systems, including third-party content providers and learning content standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
• Plan and support data conversion of the learning catalog and historical learning records; lead POC, CRP, SIT, and UAT testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations, including OTBI and BI Publisher reports on learning completions and compliance.
• Coordinate with and guide technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners, and mentor consultants on the learning workstream.
• Support client training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness for learners and administrators.
• Own workstream timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications to the project team and client leadership.
