Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead Remote
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead with expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) to join our team. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone. The role involves leading Oracle Cloud Financials solution design and implementation, configuring and optimizing GL & AP modules, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will be responsible for designing key financial structures, leading fit-gap analyses, guiding integrations, and overseeing data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance, security, and audit controls, and mentor both functional and technical teams while driving project governance. Very occasional onsite travel may be required for workshops and key project activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Financials solution design and implementation
- Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud GL & AP modules
- Design Chart of Accounts (COA), accounting configurations, workflows, and reporting
- Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions
- Design integrations with tax engines, reporting tools, and external financial systems
- Guide data migration, testing, deployment, and release activities
- Ensure compliance, security, audit controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Mentor functional and technical teams while driving project governance
