Responsibilities

Design develop and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication and integration across enterprise platforms
Implement and maintain Oracle Goldengate Configure monitor and optimize Debezium connectors CDC pipelines and processes to capture and propagate source system changes with high reliability
Collaborate with business application and data teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable data integration solutions
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize CDC processes ensuring data accuracy performance and minimal latency across environments
Work with large volume transactional systems ensuring compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards in the banking domain
Support production deployments incident management root cause analysis and performance tuning for Oracle databases and CDC infrastructure
Develop and maintain technical documentation operational runbooks and best practices while participating in Agile Scrum delivery teams
