About The Position
The Client is seeking an Oracle Benefits Configuration Analyst with hands-on experience configuring Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans in Oracle HCM/Fusion.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle Benefits plans, programs, options, eligibility, rates, and coverage.
- Support Life, STD, and LTD plan configuration and enrollment.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Benefits configurations.
- Perform configuration testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support open enrollment, plan-year changes, and production issues.
- Validate benefit eligibility, elections, coverage, premiums, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams.
- Prepare configuration and testing documentation.
