About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Oracle ADW Database Administrator & ETL Engineer to support implementation and administration of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and development of data integration pipelines using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration. The role builds scalable data solutions, optimizes analytical performance, and supports enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. The position includes provisioning, configuring, and administering ADW environments in OCI; developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines; supporting data ingestion, transformation, and staging; and designing dimensional data models. The engineer works with analytics, data engineering, and infrastructure teams, manages database performance and security, and documents data models, pipeline processes, mappings, and system configurations. This role requires U.S. citizenship, with dual citizenship specified as an eligibility requirement. Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship. The listed base pay range for specified states and the District of Columbia is $91,700–$178,700 USD. Requirements

3–5 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator, Data Engineer, or ETL Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
Experience developing and managing pipelines with OCI Data Integration Cloud Service.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration and configuration.
Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience designing and maintaining STAR schemas and dimensional data models.
U.S. citizenship; the eligibility requirements specify U.S. Citizen – Dual Citizen.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating ADW with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Familiarity with OCI services such as Object Storage, Data Catalog, Data Flow, and GoldenGate.
Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing and ETL/ELT best practices.
Experience with data governance, metadata management, and cloud security practices.

Responsibilities

Provision, configure, and administer Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) environments within OCI.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using OCI Data Integration Cloud Service.
