Oracle Apps AI Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps AI Developer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within Oracle applications. The role focuses on improving business processes, automation, forecasting, analytics, and user productivity using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud Applications, AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions. The developer will create AI and ML solutions, intelligent automation, chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, and data pipelines for Oracle business processes. The role also involves integrating Oracle applications with AI platforms, supporting enterprise modules, implementing governance and security practices, and troubleshooting, tuning, testing, and deploying applications. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Oracle certifications are preferred, and AI/ML or cloud certifications are highly desirable. Preferred experience includes Generative AI in Oracle ERP environments, AI-powered copilots, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures. Domain experience in healthcare, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, or higher education is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database 12c/19c+, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, and OCI.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM integration, machine learning model development, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Programming skills in Python and Java, and experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and Git/DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI Services, Oracle Data Science, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or OCI Generative AI Services.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions integrated with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Build intelligent automation solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Oracle AI services.
- Develop AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions for Oracle business processes.
- Integrate Oracle applications with AI platforms using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Develop predictive analytics, forecasting models, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
- Create and optimize PL/SQL packages, APIs, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HRMS, and Manufacturing modules.
- Design data pipelines and prepare datasets for AI/ML model training and deployment.
- Implement AI governance, security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for Oracle ecosystems.
