About The Position
Support the client in modernizing vital statistics and vital records applications. Migrate legacy PL/SQL Web Toolkit applications to Oracle APEX. Develop secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant enterprise applications handling sensitive PII/PHI data. Enhance application security using modern web technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS. Support critical systems, including Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry. Collaborate with state and federal agencies to maintain and improve system integrations. Contribute to client data modernization initiatives by delivering high-quality Oracle APEX solutions.
Requirements
- Experience migrating legacy PL/SQL Web Toolkit applications to Oracle APEX.
- Experience developing secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant enterprise applications.
- Experience handling sensitive PII/PHI data.
- Experience enhancing application security using modern web technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS.
- Experience supporting critical systems such as Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry.
- Experience collaborating with state and federal agencies.
- Experience with Oracle APEX.
