About The Position

As an Oracle AI Data Pipeline Engineer, you will create cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud AI capabilities. You will develop cloud-based solutions for critical applications and products, using the latest cloud technologies to improve client environments. You will work with industry leaders to inform strategy, design solutions, and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. Your role will involve recommending tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will collaborate with your team to help clients overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud and grow your skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

5+ years of experience using software with a cloud-first development approach
3+ years of experience with OCI enterprise solutions, including on-premise or hybrid solutions
Experience building data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources
Experience designing and implementing readers to extract metadata from data sources, metadata enrichment capabilities and event pipelines
Experience designing and building AI agents and leveraging AI to enhance data workflows
Experience integrating mission data with LLMs using RAG and MCP
Experience developing and deploying production geospatial solutions such as raster and vector from concept to O&M
Experience developing and maintaining advanced OCI solutions
Experience designing and building Node.js applications and dashboards connected to Oracle Databases
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including Compute, Oracle 26ai, Exadata, Autonomous AI Database Service on Exadata, security policies, security groups, and network security
Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation
Experience with system migration from AWS to OCI
Experience designing OCI solutions optimized for geospatial workloads such as Relational, Spatial, and JSON Relational Duality and Graph
Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments
Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
OCI Certifications such as OCI Architect or OCI Developer Certifications
IAT Level II+ Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certifications
