About The Position

This role involves owning and prioritizing the product backlog, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and writing user stories. The consultant will collaborate with various teams including business stakeholders, IT, data governance, procurement, and product teams. Key responsibilities include supporting Product MDM, data governance, and data quality initiatives, participating in Agile ceremonies, and improving business processes, workflows, and product data management. The role also requires supporting UAT, release planning, and post-production activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Product Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Strong experience using Jira for backlog management.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of product data, data governance, and data quality.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica MDM, Reltio, PLM, or PIM.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with procurement, supplier management, or product lifecycle management.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or CSPO certification.
• Experience with UX, user journey mapping, and usability improvements.
• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata, and data integration.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.
