About The Position
This position is for an OR Team Lead Surgical Technologist working 100% FTE on a day shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role involves leadership responsibilities within the operating room.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited surgical technologist education program.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a surgical technologist.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred or required to obtain within one year of assuming position.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication.
