About The Position

This is a full-time position within the Surgery Room department at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. The role involves managing and facilitating projects, providing training, planning and implementing engagement initiatives, facilitating new employee orientation, and collaborating on marketing events. The position also requires adherence to organizational standards to promote a cooperative work environment and assisting with activities to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate projects for Human Resources and Organizational Development.
  • Provide training on Human Resources topics for staff, faculty, and leadership.
  • Provide planning, implementation and evaluation for reward and recognition activities, employee engagement initiatives and other OD projects.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation.
  • Work collaboratively with team on marketing events.
  • Adhere to organizational standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team building.
  • Assist with activities to ensure organizational compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
