Administers, oversees and documents the administration of medications (e.g., topically, orally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and intravenously) as ordered by the healthcare practitioner and in accordance with hospital policy.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an approved or minimum of one year previous OR experience.
- Registered Nurse: WA
- Basic Life Support - CPR
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
- If assigned to the Gig Harbor Same Day Surgery (SDS) facility, related work experience in a free-standing surgery center
- Certified Nurse Operating Room
Responsibilities
