About The Position
This is for the general surgery team. The candidate must be able to work in all specialties except for Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgery. Cerner experience is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR RN.
- Proficiency in the Cerner EMR system.
- Ability to work in all general surgery specialties except Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgery.
- Must be able to take call, including one weekday per week and parts of 1-2 weekends in a 6-week schedule.
- Valid State RN License (details upon acceptance).
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the operating room for general surgery patients.
- Perform duties across various surgical specialties, excluding Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgery.
- Participate in on-call duties, including one weekday per week and 1-2 weekends in a 6-week schedule.
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation.
