About The Position
USPI Audubon Surgery Center at St Francis is seeking a motivated OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join their team. USPI Audubon Surgery Center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. This position offers 10-hour shifts with no call, weekends, or holidays. The OR RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for all age patients in the operating room, providing care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. They make decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicate appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments, as well as team members. Additional responsibilities may include serving on committees and participating in quality improvement audits and projects, as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in an OR setting
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make decisions regarding direct patient care needs

Responsibilities
