About The Position
Experienced Lead Optometry Tech for full time temporary position lasting until February 2027.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Optometry and/or Ophthalmology field
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to ensure efficient daily clinic operations
- Perform ophthalmic testing and assist providers with patient care
- Train and mentor team members while promoting high standards of patient care
- Take initiative in identifying workflow improvements and helping the team achieve practice goals
- Ensure excellent patient experiences through compassionate and efficient care.
