About The Position

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. The Associate Optometrist will be an employee or contracted doctor. Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the Associate Doctor and the Subleasing Doctor. This is an opportunity to work with a full-scope Independent LensCrafters practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Affiliation with LensCrafters (Luxottica) as a Subleasing Optometrist.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital eye examination technology like Clarifye.
• Experience with Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Practice optometry with professional autonomy.
• Perform full scope of practice as determined by professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
