About The Position

Pacific Eye Group is a family-owned optometry practice that began in March 2019 in Portland, Oregon, and has since expanded to include an additional location in Eugene. As a doctor-owned, patient-centric group, we offer convenient, caring, and personalized eyecare to our patients within Visionworks. Our employees benefit from practicing optometry without the administrative burdens of running a business, as we manage all insurance billing, credentialing, and staff hiring and training. There is no on-call or after-hours work required. We are seeking an enthusiastic Optometrist to join our growing practice and provide high-quality vision care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid state license to practice optometry
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Maintain patient records using Crystal PM EMR
