About The Position

Join FYidoctors as a Full-Time Optometrist practicing in our Downtown and Rochdale clinics in Regina, with an additional one day per month in our Balcarres satellite clinic. Our well-established practices have been rooted in the community for almost half a decade and since the early 2000s, building strong, loyal patient bases and a trusted reputation for quality eye care. The Downtown and Rochdale clinics offer complementary patient bases and experiences. The Downtown location, established decades ago, serves a mix of business professionals and seniors, while Rochdale—opened in the early 2000s in a rapidly growing area—sees a high volume of children and young adults, with myopia management as a key focus. The Balcarres clinic provides additional exposure to rural care. Both Downtown and Rochdale feature four exam lanes, supporting strong patient capacity with room for growth, and are backed by experienced teams, including licensed opticians downtown and long-tenured staff in Rochdale. The culture is supportive and team-oriented, emphasizing a positive work environment, high-quality care, and clinical autonomy, with tools like the Topcon MYAH available for myopia management and potential dry eye expansion. You’ll work with diverse patient demographics—from young families in Rochdale to long-standing patients downtown—while having the opportunity to explore specialties such as myopia management and scleral lens fitting. With strong recall systems, collaborative teams, and continued growth in Rochdale alongside stable demand downtown, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a fulfilling and sustainable practice.

Requirements

Full-Time Optometrist
Licensed Optometrist
Experience with myopia management
Experience with scleral lens fitting (preferred but not strictly required)
