About The Position

EYEcenter Optometric is seeking two full-time Optometrists to join their team in the Sacramento area. The practice, founded in 1960, aims to provide the most personalized and distinctive eye care experience in California, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and a caring team. This role involves practicing in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic, providing comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient population of all ages and conditions. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with coverage across multiple EYEcenter Optometric locations in the Sacramento area. The optometrist will educate patients on ocular health and recommend vision-enhancing solutions in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • California-licensed Optometrist.
  • Excellent clinical skills.
  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties.
