About The Position

Shopko Optical is currently seeking an Optometrist to join their team in Madison, WI. This full-time position will support eyecare services at their Madison area practices. The role offers the autonomy to build the practice, with full ancillary support including screening and patient billing. The position is a "No Call Position" and focuses on providing comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, refractive services, diagnosing, treating, and managing eye disease, and cataract and refractive surgery co-management.

Requirements

• OD Degree from ACOE approved College of Optometry
• Ability to communicate with customers and teammates
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams
• Perform contact lens fittings
• Conduct refractive services
• Diagnose, treat, and manage eye disease
• Engage in cataract and refractive surgery co-management
