PRN-Optometrist
About The Position
DOCS Health is seeking Optometrists to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatment to Military Service members. This role primarily involves working weekends with occasional weekdays in Wisconsin on an as-needed basis. DOCS Health provides health readiness services to meet the medical requirements for a deployable military force for various branches including U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
- Available for weekends and occasional weekdays
- Passionate, friendly, and caring
- Must have weekend availability
- Pass background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening
- Pass E-Verify in hiring process
