First Impressions Optometric Associates is seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist whose primary goal is to provide excellent patient care. First Impressions Optometric Associates is a leading eye care company serving Indiana, where Optometrists can focus on patient care without the administrative hassles of running a business, as the company handles insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring & training, and other administrative work. Doctors will have access to advanced diagnostic technology and support from OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists for patient work-ups and contact lens care and fittings, ensuring a fulfilling career and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions
  • Perform patient examinations
  • Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
  • Handle eye emergencies
  • Collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare
