About The Position

Valley Optometric Associates is seeking a full-time optometrist with a Doctor of Optometry degree and an active Nevada O.D. license (or eligibility for licensure) to join our growing Reno practice. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated doctor who takes pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care while working efficiently in a modern clinical environment. Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Active Nevada O.D. license (or eligibility for licensure)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive eye care
  • See an average of 14–20 patients per day
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as retinal imaging, visual fields, electronic medical records, online booking, two-way patient texting, and glaucoma management technologies, including punctal plugs
  • Work efficiently while maintaining clinical excellence, accurate documentation, and a positive, patient-focused experience
