Belton Vision, part of the Ideal Eye team located in Belton, TX, is seeking a well-rounded professional to immediately join their growing team. Belton Vision by Ideal Eye Team is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care for every patient. The practice offers a full range of services, including comprehensive eye exams, disease management, urgent care, contact lens fittings, and collaborative care for LASIK and other refractive surgeries. They leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as digital phoropters, automated data collection, and fully integrated electronic health records, to streamline workflow and reduce manual tasks. This enables them to efficiently meet the growing need for eye care prompted by an aging population and increased screen usage. With a seamless paperless intake process and a modern, welcoming atmosphere, Belton Vision ensures each visit is efficient, convenient, and tailored to patient needs, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to personalized, high-quality care for the entire community.
Requirements
- Texas-licensed optometry professional
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach
- Excellent interpersonal qualities, including patience, empathy, and the ability to reassure anxious patients

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs.
- Perform thorough eye exams.

- Manage a well-structured schedule of 22 appointment slots, aiming to complete two billable exams per hour.
