About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care at an outpatient clinic. This is a clinic-based role with one of the region's most trusted names in healthcare. You’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity operates within an outpatient clinic that is part of the region's largest healthcare providers. Clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and patient flow in a coordinated, team-based care environment. The model is value-based and focused on senior citizens, within a gorgeous, modern facility. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics, allowing the optometrist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care. This is not a high-volume, production-focused model. Optometrists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. The emphasis is on quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania optometry license
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience treating senior populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
