About The Position
Carolina Eyecare Physicians is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our vertically integrated provider team and support staff in Mount Pleasant. Join our expanding team of 14 ophthalmologists and 14 optometrists providing comprehensive eye care throughout our network of clinics and our wholly owned ophthalmic surgery center featuring state-of-the-art technology. For more than 30 years, Carolina Eyecare Physicians has provided exceptional eye care to patients throughout the Charleston region and coastal South Carolina.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry
- Eligible for or currently holds a South Carolina optometry license
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Board certification preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice
- See 25–30+ patients per day
- Provide comprehensive eye care
- Collaborate with ophthalmology and subspecialty care
