About The Position

Sowash Optometry Group is seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist focused on excellent patient care. The family-owned, doctor-owned practice provides convenient, caring, and personalized eye care inside Visionworks. The role offers the opportunity to practice without managing business operations such as insurance filing, credentialing, staff hiring, and training. There is no on-call or after-hours work. The practice provides advanced diagnostic technology and support from OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists, including assistance with patient workups and contact lens care and fittings. The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages with a range of visual and medical conditions. The position is available full-time or part-time in Chandler, Arizona, with a stated annual pay range of $130,000 to $170,000, negotiable. Compensation may also include eligible incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the role. The opportunity is open to seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
