About The Position

Join a positive, energetic team at a state-of-the-art, multi-doctor private practice dedicated to full-scope medical optometry! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Doctor of Optometry who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and clinical growth. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to grow both clinically and financially. Practice advanced optometry with the autonomy to manage complex medical cases using cutting-edge technology. Work with specialty contact lenses (sclerals, hybrids, GPs), advanced dry eye management (meibography, IPL, LLLT, amniotic membrane, punctal plugs), glaucoma management (OCT, anterior segment OCT, virtual visual fields), and keratoconus management (topography, anterior segment OCT). Collaborate with skilled technicians, sales staff, and billing specialists for a smooth, patient-centered experience. Appointments are 30 minutes, with recheck times adjusted as needed. Average patients per day reflect our commitment to quality care, not volume. Work with state-of-the-art equipment. Training is available for candidates new to specific technologies. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex medical cases using cutting-edge technology.
