Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Fit and prescribe contact lenses
• Manage ocular diseases and perform surgery co-management
• Address patient concerns, including emergencies and pediatric care
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality eye care

Benefits

• Base salary starts at $150,000
• Potential for increases based on patient volume and productivity
• Monthly bonuses through product sales (glasses, contacts) estimated between $800 - $1,000
• Additional bonuses are available for Retinal Photography Screening and Post-operative Refraction
