About The Position
At Dawn M Miller, OD, practice in Garden Grove, California, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enhance and protect patients’ vision while making a meaningful impact every day. The practice is seeking a like minded, patient focused optometrist for a part time associate position with the intention of a gradual transition and potential buyout within 1–2 years. In the short term, temporary coverage will be needed for approximately four weeks during a planned medical leave, followed by an ongoing part time schedule. While benefits are not included, compensation is flexible, with openness to a negotiable production bonus, making this an ideal opportunity for an OD interested in continuity of care, long term growth, and future ownership. Requirements
- Optometry license in the state of California
- Strong contact lens knowledge
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in glaucoma management
- Experience in surgical co-management
- Comfort working with toric, RGP, and multifocal contact lenses

Responsibilities
- Seeing patients
- Charting in Eyefinity Encompass
- Assisting with select eyeglass and contact lens patient interactions
- Providing direction to support staff on scheduled office days
