About The Position

Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs.
Perform thorough eye exams.
Educate patients about their ocular health.
Recommend vision-enhancing products tailored to each individual's lifestyle.
Manage a well-structured schedule of 22 appointment slots per day.
Aim to complete two billable exams per hour.
