The company is looking for a team-focused, high engagement, patient-centric Optometrist who is passionate about optical fashion and is looking for a long-term opportunity to build relationships with clientele and the retail team. SEE offers competitive hourly rates and a friendly, family-owned environment. The role involves working 3-4 days per week and potentially splitting time between multiple locations in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate
  • Networking and building relationships in the market
  • Delivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on quality and experience
  • Making lenses recommendations to patients from the chair
  • Completing a quality hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam
  • Utilizing down-time to network and interact with potential patients and the team on the sales floor
