This is a family-owned, private practice with multiple locations throughout Indiana, dedicated to providing full-scope, comprehensive optometry services in a supportive environment. They also operate five anterior segment lasers and two IPL dry eye instruments, ensuring comprehensive patient care. They offer a dedicated staff, including front desk personnel, optometric technicians, opticians, and an office manager, who work collaboratively to provide exceptional eye care while supporting the doctors. Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope, comprehensive optometry services.
• Conduct Comprehensive Eye Health Examinations for all ages.
• Perform Diabetic Eye Health Examinations with reporting to managing physicians.
• Handle Emergency Eye Health Examinations for urgent conditions.
• Perform Contact Lens Fittings & Evaluations for various types of lenses.
• Co-manage Cataract & Other Refractive Surgeries.

• Base salary plus performance-based production bonus (annual pay range of $150,000.00 to 162,000.00)
