Requirements

Licensed professional in Oregon.
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties.

Nice To Haves

Residency training.
At least two years of prior experience.
Deep understanding of contemporary optical solutions and the latest advancements in contact lens technology.
Experience staying current with industry trends, innovative products, and lens technologies.

Responsibilities

Practice full-scope optometry in a supportive environment.
Provide a broad range of services such as annual eye exams, glaucoma management, and specialized dry eye treatment.
