About The Position

EyeToEyeCareers is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an established group in Zionsville, Indiana. The position requires working four to five days per week and floating between the Zionsville and Whitestown locations. The practice provides primary care with medical billing. The Optometrist can set their own patient schedule and choose 15-, 20-, or 30-minute exam slots. The posting describes a 1099 or hybrid model with a consulting stipend available, along with benefits.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an Optometrist; all states require optometrists to be licensed.
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Completion of all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care optometry services with medical billing.
• Float between the Zionsville and Whitestown locations.
• Set a patient schedule using 15-, 20-, or 30-minute exam slots.
