About The Position

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. As an independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The Associate Doctor of Optometry will work within this model, with terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree.
Affiliation with a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist.
Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the latest advancement in digital eye examination technology called Clarifye.
Experience with Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
Practice optometry with professional autonomy.
Perform full scope of practice as determined by professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
