About The Position

Shopko Optical is seeking an Optometrist to join their team in the Eau Claire Area, WI. This full-time position will support eyecare services at the Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and Altoona locations. The role offers the autonomy to build a practice, with full ancillary support including screening and patient billing, allowing doctors to focus on patient care. The position is a "No Call Position" and involves comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, refractive services, diagnosing and managing eye disease, and cataract and refractive surgery co-management.

Requirements

• OD Degree from ACOE approved College of Optometry
• Ability to communicate with customers and teammates
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams
• Perform contact lens fittings
• Conduct refractive services
• Diagnose, treat, and manage eye disease
• Co-manage cataract and refractive surgery
