About The Position
Become a part of the largest established medical group practice in the beautiful city of Waterville, Maine! Founded in 1922 and became the first Ophthalmology practice in Central Maine. Our mission is to carry on the goal to deliver individualized medical and surgical eye care with compassion. Elite group of 4 MDs and 4 ODs. Practice continues to grow and so we are in need of: Two (2) Full Time/Part Time Optometrists. Total of 4 locations in Maine. Incoming OD(s) will practice in the Waterville location. We pride our practice with a state-of-the-art facility, comprising of 3 exam lanes and the latest tools and equipment.
Requirements
- All states require Optometrists to be licensed.
- Must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School
- Must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exam
- Prescribe treatments to Ocular Diseases
- Collaborate with our Ophthalmologists
