About The Position

Frantz Eyecare has an excellent long-term opportunity available for the right Optometrist in Southwest Florida. This practice is dedicated to providing vision care that exceeds expectations—improving quality of life through enhanced vision. As a multi-specialty practice, the professionals offer services that include cataracts, refractive surgery, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastic, and comprehensive exams. The practice also embraces the following four elements: impacting the patient’s everyday life, embracing a no-limits mindset, improving every year, and winning as a family. The practice flow consists of 20+ patients daily and provides a scribe plus work-up techs to help with clinical work. You'll have access to advanced technology, including Pentacam, OCT, FA, VF, photos, and G4. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, including opticians and administrative staff, you'll collaborate seamlessly to create a seamless and compassionate experience for each patient.

Requirements

Optometry license in the state of Florida
Team player with a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others
Highly skilled and capable of confidently handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and age groups
Thrive in a collaborative setting, working alongside a team of talented professionals, including opticians, technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to a positive work culture
