About The Position

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Golden Vision Optometry is a well-established practice focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based eye care for patients of all ages. The practice provides comprehensive eye examinations with an emphasis on myopia management, including ortho-k, as well as glaucoma testing, and continues to expand its specialty clinical services. Providers practice in a modern, well-equipped setting that supports full-scope optometric care, advanced diagnostics, and clinical decision-making. With skilled staff, strong optical support, and patient-friendly amenities, Golden Vision creates an environment where Optometrists can focus on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and building long-term patient relationships.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Nice To Haves

  • Myopia management experience is preferred
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, full-scope eye care in modern, technologically advanced practices across Southern California.
  • Deliver approximately 7–8 hours of patient care per day, seeing an average of 14–22 patients daily, including comprehensive exams, follow-ups, and medical visits.
