The practice provides comprehensive eye examinations with an emphasis on myopia management, including ortho-k, as well as glaucoma testing, and continues to expand its specialty clinical services. Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Nice To Haves

Myopia management experience is preferred
Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, full-scope eye care in modern, technologically advanced practices across Southern California.
Deliver approximately 7–8 hours of patient care per day, seeing an average of 14–22 patients daily, including comprehensive exams, follow-ups, and medical visits.
Focus on individualized, high-quality care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
